Northern Circuit Route 8-Day

πŸ“Œ Northern Circuit Route 8-Day Overview

The 8-Day Northern Circuit Route is the newest and most comprehensive route for climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. Approaching from the west via the Lemosho trail, it circles around the quiet, rarely visited northern slopes before ascending to the summit from the east. Route Summary

Highlights: Lemosho Forest, Shira Plateau, Moir Hut, Northern Slopes, Cresting Buffalo Camp, Uhuru Peak.
Trail Character: Remote, peaceful, and uncrowded wilderness trails with rich terrain variety.
Acclimatization: Superior acclimatization profile over 8 days on the mountain with optimal "climb high, sleep low" opportunities.
Arrival: Seamless transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) to Moshi for gear check and safety briefing.
